Purchased a 750i from this dealership, so I was expecting at minimum acceptable serviceā¦not only left disappointed but actually in complete disbelief of how terrible the service and communication was. Left car with NO gas; I dropped it off with at least 15 miles. I was lucky to make it to a gas station; car said I had ZERO miles left. No loaner cars-every time I called to arrange for one, they would say they donāt have any and didnāt know when they would. Furthermore, no communications or updatesā¦I had to call the afternoon it was suppose to be ready to even get an update. For it being BMW, the price you pay for car and service, itās simply not acceptable. Why take your car here to be serviced if you canāt get good customer service and at least have gas in your car when you leave? Never again.

Giving it a 2 star because Honza was very helpful. However, the shuttle service driver listened to extremely inappropriate stuff on the radio to and from the dealership. Just ten minutes of teaching customer service when hiring is all that is needed. Cāmon BMW⦠WHAT is wrong with you??? God knows you have extra time with such little inventory.. put it towards training your staff .. geez

I dropped my 640 off to get my rim fixed or replaced but let them know I needed it back within 5 days. 5 days out, I got a text saying they would not have it ready until after the weekend (8 days). When I picked up the car, it had the wrong rim on it. That took another week to fix. People were very nice but quality of service was not what I would have expected from BMW.

This is my second visit to this service department. The first was for work on air conditioner fan and the service was excellent. This visit was for my first oil change for a new car. I was told the service would take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours for an oil change and this was with an appointment. It took three hours! This is not satisfactory and not reflective of BMW. Hopefully next time will be a more reasonable amount of time.

Salesman and manager were both polite and courteous. Reasonable deal on the truck I purchased and after standing firm got what I needed for trade in. Biggest complaint is it took 3 hours to finish the progress, I wasnāt buying an 80K car so I got pushed to the back of the line which was definitely frustrating. But Iāve dealt with sleazier and worse dealerships before and overall was a positive experience.

While itās always slower than what I would like the work, however, is always first class and I never had to bring the car back I like that the videoed my car showing me things that needed doing and suck. I did have issues with volume however My tech Jan, I believe thatās his name , from The Chez Republic , was very helpful and interesting to talk to as well , Was excellent. He answered every question and treated me like this was a Bentley dealership with out the assumed snobbery. Heās really a kool dude. Iāve never had an issue with any service tech there at BMW they all seem like hi quality folk and all have treated me well . By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They did not have record of my appointment even though I showed them my confirmation email. Instead of immediately trying to figure out what was happening Richard told me to wait in the waiting area. I told the service manager what was going on. Still no one helps me. After 45 minutes I go to inquire on what I should do. I do get help. Four hours later they found a nail in my tire. Was told by Alex that I did not have insurance to cover this. I knew that I did. He even said he had checked. I had to ask him to check again. I did have the insurance. I felt that he was trying to take advantage of the situation. So my routine service call lasted five hours. Honestly surprised that a BMW service center is this awful. I would expect more. I will be looking for a different service center in the future. If it is not better I will not buy another BMW.

BMW of The Woodlands is convenient for me in the distance from my home. I am thankful for the special offered for my oil changes. I was concerned about the inconvenience when paying when the service was completed. The method of payment the technology was not working properly. It would not take my payment. I was release to go and tried paying online. It was not working. I called back on the direct line leaving Mr. Messer a message because no one was answering. I called the main number and she could not reach anyone in the service department. I came back Saturday afternoon because I did not receive a call back. I walked to Mr. Messer in service he took my payment. He apologized stating there were difficulties with the technology. I was persistent to get this payment to BMW of the Woodlands. I observed the service light was still on stating services were due. I assumed that my light had been reset after the oil change. I learned after calling Mr Messer that I needed an ac filter and brake fluids. In my experience you make a recommendation and let the customer decide when they want to have services completed not leaving service due light on forcing them complete these services immediately. By leaving that over service light on and I am thinking my engine is in trouble. In this case I am going to return to Momentum BMW near Sugarland to get these service started. I honestly believe that these services are not critical and my overdue service light should been disengaged. I must say Mr. Messer was polite. I just felt that I was done a disservice in trying to pay because of the technology not working. That made me have visit days in a row. He gave me recommendation but not cutting off overdue service light which made feel I had a critical issue with my vehicle. I have the three year oil change package I will return. I will tell others about this deal. I would like to service representative would be helpful to females making decisions about repairs of her vehicle.

I reached out to Ronald the sales manager and the best they could do was have me set an appointment with service which was 2 weeks out for a Saturday. No sense of urgency in the purchase process or taking care of you after an issue arises. Josh was my finance guy and he gave me great deal on the wheel and tire protection package I wanted for my 22ā wheels. Ok theyāre 21ā but I keep them clean though.

Arsalan is by far the best vehicle salesman we have ever dealt with. He was kind, professional, and not at all the typical pushy salesman. Arsalan was also very knowledgeable and honest when we asked questions. He personally delivered my new vehicle to my home address and he sat in the car with me and explained all of the technical features of the interior (a/c, apple play, etc.). The customer service was great! Mr. Messer provided timely updates on the status of my vehicle and I love the text message technology to communicate. I would definitely recommend BMW The Woodlands. The only area I would suggest improvement in is the technicians communicating with the service advisor when there is an issue. Apparently there is a problem with new tires being installed and updated technology that is needed to ensure the vehicle communication system recognizes the new tires. I received my vehicle and to my surprise received an alert that my tires were not recognized; this happen every time I start my vehicle. I had to call BMW The Woodlands to inquire why this was happening. Mr. Messer was not informed by the technician that my vehicle series was one of the ones affected and apologized and explained the issue and that it is a known issue BMW is trying to resolve. It is a nuisance to have that pop up every time you start your vehicle and I hope BMW can get this fixed quickly. I cannot monitor my tire pressure and ect because the tires are not recognized.

The best part of this experience was coming to see a used car. Not gonna name any of the other dealerships we visited. These days just about everything is online. So we looked and after getting burned on a few cars we were about to give up! You see the other dealer's said they had or showed a picture of a car that didn't even exist or the picture didn't show the issues. So we arrived at BMW. Talked to the front desk and said we we're interested in a few of the used cars. Needed someone to help us out. So the gal said I will get you someone to help. A manager came over and said the same thing. Definitely felt welcomed at this point. So Max ( go see him) came and helped us. Long story already long he was a gentleman. He was so unbelievable in being patient. My early employment was involved with CUSTOMER service. He had customer service! Thanks for that. Unfortunately I won't be coming to pick up the car tomorrow. My wife will. Hopefully our almost 16 yr old will enjoy this car. The story of myself getting pulled over by a guy with flashing lights. Local police officer. No worries on that because I wasn't doing anything wrong. Can't make that up! The only slight issue was the key for the car was the backup key as it didn't have a fob. Amazon was able to get us new keys today. Now we just need to get them cut and programed? Was kinda hoping this dealership would be able to help us out. She will be asking that question tomorrow. I will be going to the manufacturer of the vehicle if we can't get it done with BMW. Just want to say thanks again for helping us out. All involved in this deal we're helpful. Giving that last little push to buy from y'all. At the same time not being pushed to buy. Great experience!!!! One I'll never forget.

Give a second chance to this place ,I took my car here because of a shatter window from the landscaping company ,service advisor suggested to get my tires rotate and alignment done plus service my car with oil change since he even told me that we only see you once a year I agree since the car was there to get the glass repair and it will we a one stop shop so it was a win win for me fast Foward got there to pick up my car only my glass was repair and oil change done everything else I signed and agree to get done was not done because Of a ruff day the advisor was having and he even told me that in understand we all have ruff days but service and communication is important to customers and we need to our aside our own personal issues in order to be 100 percent at work I work In a industry that I interact with customers all day and in have to be at my best and put y best foot Foward to service my customers so they will leave happy and come back and remember how good service they receive. This is why I rather drive downtown and service my car than drive 1 mile down the road for this type of circus that seems not get any better after 3 years 4 cars we have own. Communication is key when a service wonāt be provided after a call to the customer explain and make a future appointment and but it was not even offer seem like they dint even care.

I had my car appraised here and not only did they try and tell me my BMW had 3k worth of work needed and also told me I needed new spark plugs for $1200 (my car only has 40,000 miles on it and is mechanically great) but they broke my seat after appraising it and offering me a low ball price. Please stay away from this place. After breaking the seat in my car they miraculously offered me 1k more on the spot. š”

Over 2 weeks after purchase was literally harassed by them while driving, being called continuously after repeatedly declining the calls (safety!), for a document they should have had upon purchase. Over a month after purchase had to *ask* for the third time to receive paperwork I signed. Never heard back from salesman regarding appointment he only had to make a phone call to schedule for me (5 weeks and many reminders later). Certified checklist on the car contains false information. Not willing to budge on replacing the cracked wind deflector (which wasn't disclosed to me). That's just the start. I emailed the salesman and copied Eric the sales manager to try to resolve things: the salesman only addressed *one* of the issues by replying to a statement I didn't make (he clearly misread the email), and the manager hasn't reached out to me at all. They'll kiss your @$$ until you give them your money, but they obviously don't care about service after the sale.

After offering price for car, then coming down on price, then you decided to do 125 point inspection on car. Came back with 4000.00 worth of work that you said needed. The car is a2018 Series 5 model with 40,000. Then when getting in my car the drivers seat had been severely broken. Felt like I was getting run around and being taken advantage of. Drove in from out of state and purchased a used vehicle on 4/242021. Itās been a year and these people still refuse to release the title to us or even the finance company. The response has been horrible. Iām adding this 3 days later, we have now filed a complaint with TXDMV and are told this place is in direct violation of law, they have 30 days to release the title to the vehicle and itās been 1 year. Next step is a lawsuit. Weāve had it with the level of incompetence and complete lack of respect to out of state buyers.

Found this the month after I got it from them. Also donāt hold your breath on your title for your car. Called a dozen times to ask about it and they are clueless whatās going on. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE!! Came in from out of state, bought a used vehicle from this place in February. Filled out the appropriate paperwork for the dealership and paid all of my registration fees and out of state taxes. They "lost" the paperwork multiple times and they still have not paid the fees and taxes to my state of residence. They've collected roughly $4000 in fees and I still cannot get plates unless I want to pay another $4000 in fees and sales tax to my state! Last I checked, taking money for services not rendered is theft. Oh and I forgot to mention we have been calling them every few days to get an update... apparently the general manager of this dealership won't accept phone calls and the sales manager when my husband and I speak to him always says "I'll call you back" but never does. We thought that dealing with a BMW dealership meant that the service for a sale would exceed that of sleazy Bob's used car sales but apparently not. If I were BMW and Autonation, this dealership would not represent my brand.

I have a great deal of difficulty rating the work done. The service rep, Joe Wolf was excellent. I was disappointed that having an appointment at 1:00pm I did not get the car back until 6:15pm. The distance from my home to the dealership is substantial enough that I couldn't get a shuttle (Huntsville) and had no one to pick me up. I think it was terribly inconsiderate of the service department when they could have priortized the work.

Jeff in service has always gone above and beyond in helping me with all of my service needs. Very responsive, and works well with my warranty that was in place. When Jeff has a day off, he makes sure that someone else is handling my need, and they also do a wonderful job, including communications. I would recommend BMW of The Woodlands to anyone looking to buy or repair a great car like a BMW.

I highly recommend BMW of the Woodlands for your BMW purchase. Joseph Sweeney (Client Advisor) went above and beyond on keeping me posted from production to delivery of my vehicle. He will be delivering my vehicle to my house to help with setting up everything on my car. The Finance Manager Malik is such an awesome guy - they have a no pressure tactic. I had an appointment and it STILL took 2 hours for them to change ONE TIRE⦠itās 3 stars and not one because they price-matched the tire with discount tires price and included a free warranty thatās better than discount tiresā paid warranty. You got 3-stars š¤·š½āāļø. UPDATE on 5/31/22: I had an oil change and it took 3 hours for standard, regular service for 10k miles. Lowering the score to 2-stars

Maybe it was just my turn, but my experience at BMW The Woodlands has been lacking. They forgot to do the state inspection on my car purchased in early December, causing a 7 month & counting delay on the license plates. Nobody at BMWTW called me to communicate about this. I've had to call once every 6 weeks or so to ask what's going on. This last time I called I requested they check if the car's info was even submitted. Only then, 7 months after I bought the car, did they realize the state inspection was never done. So, I brought the car in for the inspection. Everything went fine...till I came to pick it up. I walked into the service bay with my 7yr old nephew a little after 6pm last Tuesday evening (hour before they close,) & stood there unacknowledged for several minutes. We were the *only* customers in the service bay with 4 employees (3 were typing at computers.) Nobody greeted us or said "someone will be with you in a moment." We waited in awkward silence a few more minutes, till I finally just walked up to 1 of the guys & said I was here to pick my car up. The lack of initiative by anyone to look into the months long delayed license plates was a pretty big deal, but even relatively minor things like not being acknowledged when you're the only customer present adds up to make for an overall subpar experience.

I made a morning appointment and brought my BMW in for service to repair an oil leak. They took 2 days and came up with a bunch of other non-critical things with an estimate of over $7,000. To replace two gaskets to stop the oil leaks they wanted to charge me over $4,000. I obviously declined the service and picked up the car. They charged $250.00 for a technician fee for the ridiculous estimate. The price for an estimate was not disclosed upfront. The Management at BMW of The Woodlands is shortsighted because my two teenagers, who will be buying several cars in the future, learned the lesson to NEVER BUY A CAR OR SERVICE at this dealership because they will rip you off. By the way, the repairs were fully completed at a local after-market service center for less than $1,000.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My son had a purchase agreement and had a check overnighted from our bank for him to be called an hour after the check was delivered on 5/20/2022 to be told that the vehicle had been sold. It wasn't supposed to be ready until that day. No one could find the check when I went to go get it (how do you "lose" a $20k check?!) No one could give me any information when I called. I had to take time off from my job to make sure the check was found. I asked to speak to the General Manager when I arrived and I got the Finance Manager. My husband left a message for the General Manager on 5/23 and has not received a response. The Finance Manager blatantly lied to me about knowing about the situation(His name is on the PA) He did not even introduce himself to me when he came out to speak with me. I would have turned him away immediately had he. Such a disappointing experience for a first-time buyer who just got out of Basic Training. Now, he has to re-apply for ANOTHER loan. You could have had a lifelong customer, but instead, you ruined his experience. I will be sure to share this with anyone who mentions looking to purchase a car. The salesperson was the ONLY positive experience there. I hope he goes to a better dealership. If he does, we would buy from him!

Being this is my first purchase for a BMW, I can honestly say I had a great experience that has made me hooked and can not think of getting anything else other than BMWs. Letās just say Iām a beemer girl now! Having to build my own car had me a little hesitant but they took great care of me and brought my dream car to life! They had a used 2014 Ford F-250 Platinum on Auto Trader and due to being in Florida I was unable to make it to the dealer to see the vehicle in person. Colyn responded to each and every email promptly and took numerous videos showing details of the truck. Colyn also coordinated with finance and management to get them to hold the vehicle until the end of the week when I would be able to pick it up. Once I flew out, Colyn picked me up from the airport and drove me back to the dealer. The transaction went through without a hitch. Malik in finance is very personable and made everything close smoothly. In todays workforce, itās almost impossible to find someone wanting to or go the extra step. Colyn and Malik both did that which speaks volumes about the dealer. Would definitely not hesitate contacting this dealer.

I bought a Cadillac ATS from this dealership. Drove it home and the very next day less than 24 hours of getting it home the AC went out in it. I contacted my salesperson and let them know what was going on. At first he told me since I didn't buy the extended warranty that they couldn't do anything. Then he came back and told me that I could drive it to a dealership that is eight and a half hours away for them to look at it. But wasn't guaranteeing that they were going to repair it. Had to put it in the shop and now is going to cost $2,000 for the repair on a car I had less than 24 hours. I understand not buying a warranty with a car is a risk. However having the car home for less than 24 hours I should not be having to put it in the shop already. This company does not back there vehicles! I would never never never consider going to this dealership again!

Bought a car 2 weeks ago and the air conditioner went out within 24 hrs and they wouldn't stand behind it. Said we could bring it back to them during the week so they could see if it was our fought and might could help us out with discount on parts. The compressor replacement and the check engine light that's on now will cost me additional $2000.00 dollars on a car they say the inspected before hand. Would not recommend to anyone to buy here.

My car was in for repair. I can understand the delay due to parts not being available. I can NOT under any circumstance understand the inability of multiple BMW The Woodlands employees NOT returning my phone calls, text messages, and voicemails in regard to when my car would be available for pick up. One example of the poor customer service: I called four days in a row, spoke to multiple administrative assistants who assured me someone would call me back. Please also note: my car was at the dealership for over three weeks, I needed to coordinate with family members' work schedules to pick up the car, I was out-of-state and dealing with a family member's declining health and death, having no one at BMW care enough to even call me back, was unnecessary additional stress and absolute horrid customer service. My service experiences with this dealership in the past have been excellent. My service manager, Jeff Whitaker, was out of the office and asked his co-workers and supervisor to handle my repair and communication with me.

Our sales man was dishonest and did not disclose all the damage to the vehicle such as both sides were hit and repainted, the parking sensors were missing and damaged, passenger front seat was poorly patched, rear bumper was hit and poorly repaired, tailgate was damaged and not repaired. Interestingly Carfax report was altered to remove the damage incidents. The second key is missing. The trailer tung tow receiver had a locking retainer pin - no key. detailing of the vehicle was poor. Fixing all the functional issues will cost me thousands. I was stupid to buy a vehicle "as is no warranty" from such a dishonest dealership. Be warned of their ways.

Horrible costumer service! I donāt often leave a bad review But this one , is well deserved.I bought a used car here a while back . My sales guy was very nice I might add . Let me tell you I got back to finance .wow, it was horrible the man handling my purchases was so rude to me . I can only assume it was because I was buying used and I had cash . The disrespect was shocking . They made me wait hours for the car in make ready only to give me a car that was never detailed. When I asked them about it they lied and said they detailed it. Which they clearly did not. I understand itās a BMW dealership but regardless if theyāre selling new or used they should treat their clients with dignity and respect.I did go to the manager about it but he laughed it off . A week after I purchased my car I noticed paint chips everywhere ā¦stuck to the dash all over the seats and floor. Apparently they had someone come in and repaint the leather . What a mess . They told me ( as is ). I was able to get them to sand front seats and repaint them in the process they burnt the leather in the front passenger seat . They refused to paint the backseat too . I love the car but my entire backseat is two different shades of tan because of this with little pieces of paint stuck throughout the car. If youāre looking for a car I would definitely go with her with a different dealership

I stopped by this morning due to an issue with my key fob. The woman working in the parts department, was well, lackluster. She barely looked up to acknowledge me, without missing a beat to what ever she was working on, she gave me a price to replace the battery. Well, my fob doesn't have a battery, and after she looked at it, she told me I needed to order a new fob. $237 later. She treated me as if she didn't want to help me at all, and I, nor any other customer doesn't deserve that treatment from someone in customer service. She told me my fob would be in Monday, then she changed it to maybe Tuesday, and now I doubt if I get it at all. I later asked about an oil change, She gave me the "copy" answer of, "your car qualifies for blah, blah, blah, and an singular oil change is $160+". I made a comment regarding the price I pay at BMW Arlington, and her response was, "I've only worked at this one", which is irrelevant. The price you gave me is $100 more than what I pay in Dallas. I must be on glue. I walked out with a response to her being, "Ewww". What a great way to start the weekend.

I took my wifeās 430i into the dealership last week for service. The scheduling and service department seem very disjointed. When you get there, thereās no one to greet you, etc. I stood around and waiting for someone for about five minutes and then finally had to grab a valet to get someone. I would understand if they were busy, but there was only one other customer in the entire service bay. In any event, the place just doesnāt seem like a BMW dealership at all. Weāll probably try a different place next time.

Very poorly managed. I purchased a car 2+ weeks ago, never received my paperwork via email, had to call and leave numerous voicemails to finally receive it. Also ordered another car for my mom and left a deposit and they never ordered it. Requested to finance my current lease and purchase the vehicle and no one has gotten back to me! We were ready to give them business for 3 vehicles in one day and after spending 7hrs at the dealership- we left with 1 car and lack of interest of returning!

August 11th 2021, 259 days ago, 37 weeks ago I bought a car from BMW the woodlands. And STILL DONāT HAVE LICENSE PLATES!! Iām on paper plate number 6 because they keep expiring. I have called 25+ times, been ignored, left on hold, not had my calls and messages responded to. Taking my lawyers advice I have filed a complaint with the DMV, Montgomery county sheriffās office, AutoNation headquarters (they never called me back). I have bought many cars from dealerships, and this IS THE WORST EXPIERANCE IN MY LIFE. I donāt understand how they can conduct business like this, not to mention the dealer is breaking the law by not registering the car within 30 days of purchase. Not only is the āpost purchaseā experience awful. But the āpurchasingā was a nightmare too. After hours of waiting for the 1 finance guy to get to us, we did the deal. I got handed the keys to a car with an empty gas tank, then have had to go back up there 6 times, wait 30+ minutes every time for a new paper plate. BEYOND frustrated, I wouldnāt suggest ANYONE, EVER doing business with them. I took comfort in going to a large well known dealership, but it has turned into an awful experience. They have shown they donāt care about completing my car purchase. Iām tired of the HOURS of phone calls, traffic, and waiting rooms I have spent trying to handle this. Itās Unprofessionalism like I have never seen.

Mazen, our sells associate was amazing. It was one of the best car buying experiences up until we were passed off to the person closing the sale. He was rude and curt. As soon as he realized we were not going to purchase an additional warranty, he then got worse. Upon finalizing the sale and making final payment, he didn't say anything. After a few seconds he then said, "You can go now." He didn't tell us where, or how to get our key, where our car would be parked... just "you can go now." Since posting this review, I have heard back from management and the employee that I had the poor interaction with. I'm grateful for the apology, but still can't believe this happened in the first place. I added a second star for at least making an effort to follow up.

Purchased a used car (certified). At first, everything was great, salesman was great... until 4 days later... having driven less than 200 miles, check engine light came on, car was running ROUGH and could smell coolant in white steam billowing from exhaust. Took it back in, they changed ignition coils, off I went. 2 days later, light back on and now backup camera inop. Took it back in (1 week after purchase). Tech swapped out 2 more coils, and "fixed" the camera. 2 days later, light back on, camera inop AGAIN. Reached out to dealership. Called 4 days in a row to speak to Used Sales Manager, will not return my call despite being told by service adviser they would call THAT day by 6pm. Today, light went off, but noticed the coolant reservoir (which was full 12 days ago) is completely empty. Called to speak to manager again, they were in yet another meeting (like the past 4 days) but they refuse to call back... at all. The salesman is advising me to take vehicle to a different dealer to have it fixed!?!?!

There Team is really poorly qualified. I bough a car build it with the sales person on the site. Asked him to build it based on my old car. When the car came it did not have the futures expected. The sales person could not show me the options so he said a expert will call me to tel me how to use the options (still waiting for the call) - but if the options do not exits they can not show me anything. Worst experience ever buying a car. I hate the care I got call sales but got no responds I assume I will have to go through the customer service now.

So he made me drive 6 hours to go get a cashiers check then an hour before getting there he messaged that the truck was sold last night!! No calls no emails I even emailed him in the morning to send him the copy of the check and that we weāre headed that way! Nothing was said about selling the truck till we almost got there! I came home crying because I drove 13 hours with my toddler triplets thinking we would finally get the truck our family needed and to top it off my daughter lost her buccees toy and cried the whole way home ššš WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! After looking for BMW dealers near me and in Houston, I decided to go to the Woodlands location. Aaron was matched to me thru their online system, I guess, whenever I inquired online about X1s. From the beginning, I could tell he would be attentive but also not as pushy as the other BMW sales people I had been matched with from the other locations. Aaron took into account all my needs and wants that I was looking for in my car and presented me with a few different options as far as the vehicle, but also with financing vs leasing. Even after purchasing my car, I had questions late that night and was able to contact Aaron and get a response right away. I usually hold back and feel bothersome about asking all the tedious questions I have, but Aaron never once made me feel like any of my concerns were an annoyance. I ALREADY recommend anyone I know to BMW in general, as they are just super reliable and strong yet sexy vehicles.. but now, I will ONLY refer them to this location and tell them to ask for Aaron!

I arrived a few minutes early. My representative had not yet arrived. I requested an oil change and software update as I had passed the 5,000 mileage mark. I chose to wait for my vehicle. My representative Hans came and greeted me amicably and told me it would not be long. After two and a half hours, I went to the front desk of the dealership and asked if my vehicle should not be ready by this time. The person behind the desk called my representative in the service department and he relayed that he was washing my car and it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later it was finally brought around to the front. My representative was friendly and helpful; however, I will investigate further for a dealership that is more attentive to customer satisfaction. An oil change and software update should not take nearly three hours of time. I chose this dealership because I had leased my vehicle there even though it was a further distance from my home than another one. I had researched the one closer to my home and the comments were mostly negative regarding customer satisfaction. When I made the service appointment, I was told that valet service was not available and because lived further than 10 miles from the dealership, no shuttle service would be available either. At one point when I went to the ladies' room and returned, there was no seating available and I had to stand up for quite a while. The current manager Steve was no in on the day I had my service. When I leased my vehicle, I found him to be an excellent manager and very considerate of me. That is another reason I returned to BMW in The Woodlands. I wish I could report a better experience my first time dealing with this service department.

The Mechanical business end of my 40,000 mile condition based maintenance service was performed well and to my expectations for a BMW dealer service. In addition the multipoint inspection highlighted some components that would need maintenance in the future - really helpful video shot by the mechanics to show issues. That part was 5 star. What isnāt 5 star is the communication, or lack of from the service team - got the message about the āadditional maintenance issuesā after I called to ask when the car would ready to pick up. Couldnāt get a hold of anyone in the service department to ask if it was actually necessary (which it turned out it wasnāt, but only when I pushed back on when it would be required). I really needed my car, itās 5pm, service closes at 7pm, couldnāt get hold of anyone except reception. Promised a call back which never happened. Didnāt get my vehicle back until the next day. I had to Uber my kids to soccer training. I have a direct comparison of service and customer service quality from Porsche North Houston where it is 5 star. Need the experience to be different if I continue to use BMW service.

A shining example of what's wrong with corporate America today. The almighty dollar wins out over doing the right thing. Being an Autonation dealer, their inventory is searchable through Autonation.com. When I contacted them about my choice they went to work trying to sell me the car. It took them 3 days to figure out I live 500 miles away and was planning to purchase the vehicle through my local Autonation store.....even though I told them this up front. Once they learned this, they broke off all contact and did not return calls and emails from my dealer regarding availability of the car.

First thing I want to write the positive experience I had with this dealership. I really like the sales people here and front desk receptions. James is fabulous. If you need or want to buy a car here I hope you get James because he answers all your questions and if he doesn't know the answer he will go find out. He also follows up quickly even on his day off. He is the gem to this dealership and would be the reason I would recommend it. I had some great experience with the front reception as well in getting my license plate. I brought this vechicle in December 2021. I only just got my license plate and vechicle registration. That is not their fault since production is slow. But when I called them, they quickly got it sorted it out and I received my plate. They also installed it for me when the weather is just terrible so I appreciate that. Now the negative experience I experience. One of them is with the sales Malik. He was rude and way too direct. When I didn't want to purchase a extended warranty he accused me of not caring about my car, despite me telling him I kept my previous car for 12 years and surviving without extending warrenty. He needs to be able to respect when someone says no. I almost walked away from buying the car and going to another dealership. James managed to stopped that from happening but even the next day when Malik called me he never apologized for his rudeness and even was sarcastic to me just because I got a better loan. I ended up switching over to another finance named Josh so I can finish up my paperwork (and he was okay - just sign paper and go). I probably won't do car service here either. I had a slight problem with my car and because it wasn't a BMW they told me they couldn't fix it....I ended up figuring it out on my own and I get it. It's not a BMW so understandable in some ways Overall I really like James and I think he really the sole reason for a higher rating (he truly is a 5 out of 5). For me car buying is tedious but James make it a fun experience. I love my car but to be honest I am glad this is all done. I probably wouldn't purchase a car here again unless I get James again and I get a BMW lol.

I bought my BMW M235i from this dealership for the first time while on military leave for the Christmas holidays and my experience has been nothing but trouble. After purchasing my vehicle I have received little to no communication or service and it started as soon as I signed the contract. The second I signed the contract the salesman forgot everything else I needed done on the car so that I could be on my way so I spent an additional 2 hours waiting for people to ask other people to finish items on my vehicle. The post purchase detail was less than mediocre with dust and trash still in the car and the engine bay covered in dirt. They also took hours for a small fix on the seat. Keep in mind all this work in total took about 10 minutes but my salesman had prioritized making other sales versus getting me taken care of as a new customer. The dealership owes me an extra key because they lost the second key and 2 months later Iāve had to continuously reach out to get any updates on this process which didnāt start until a month and a half after my purchase. The day I drove my car home the check engine light went off and I took it to the dealership first thing in the morning to get it fixed and I didnāt leave until the dealership was closing. I had to continuously ask for updates and no one would have any idea where my car was or what was happening with it. At one point I was told something completely different than what someone else had told me which shows the lack of communication between team members and potential integrity issues. Lastly, itās been 2 months and I still have not received any contact for my license plates and my temporary plates are near expiration. I had to waste precious time with my family for the holidays while on leave because of the inefficiency and unwillingness of the team to communicate. Two months later Iām receiving the same awful service. The priorities here are not customer service and instead making sales. EDIT: Got a response from the owner. The number they provided to get in touch to rectify these issues is the same as posted on their Google profile. Takes you right to sales or services. This further shows that customer service is not their number one priority here.

I went to several BMW stores over a couple of days! I had very poor experiences at BMW of Clear Lake and also a poor experience at Momentum! I had even put money down and was still disappointed at the poor service and condition of the vehicle when I was told it was perfect! At Momentum I called about 2 cars and was told they were available. When I got there the sales person was no where to be found and I was unable to see either car. On the way back home we went into BMW The Woodlands and met Colyn. He did a great job of showing us what they had and within minutes began to get a car ready. We came back the next morning and the car was ready. Finance was ready and the experience was great. We bought a certified 2019 BMW X3 and love it. What a great experience! My experience at this dealership was absolutely horrible. My complaints are not necessarily with my sales person but the dealership as a whole. Not only was I ignored for at least 10 minutes when I arrived but every other person in the facility made it seem like I was bothering them for inquiring about a vehicle. Not only that, they actually ended up selling the vehicle I was in the process of purchasing to another family without even notifying me that there were others interested at the exact same time I was there. It was a complete waste of time, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, & I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had a rather disappointing experience in the service department. We had an oil change appointment and dropped off our car in the morning. Several hours went by only to find out an hour before closing that our car didnāt get serviced as they were double booked. I understand things happen but would have been nice to know earlier as I was without my car the entire day with no loaner. Also, we never heard from the service manager and no one offered a discount or offered to reschedule us for another day. Things happen but itās how companies handle them that make all the difference. We decided to take our vehicle elsewhere.

I feel like the service and attention we were given by the team at BMW of the Woodlands was good. I think, for the current market, we got a decent deal on the vehicle we purchased. HOWEVER, the price they quoted us for our trade in was not what they gave us, citing a carfax finding and it needing new front tires. I told them the VIN of the car we were trading more than a week before we went in to the dealership, and it makes sense that they would have been able to find this carfax issue before we came in, and I remember the front tires being still quite good.

Took into BMW of the Woodlands for Campaign 20E-A01on January 17, 2022 Found a bug that was introduced when my vehicle control units were reprogrammed per Campaign 20E-A01 Dealer did not take my complaint seriously and I had to make several trips without any solutions or call backs and updates. Dealer CONFIRMED the same issue on another vehicle of the same year and model but did not take any actions. The problem I have 1. When you are at the FM radio function and you rest your finger on the presets, it will show you a message "Long press to store" 2. I long press #1 preset and hear the "ding dong" sound indicating action successfully stored. 3. However when I go to other presets (in this instance preset #3, and #2) and then back to #1 it is not going to the preset I had tried to store but instead took me to the radio selection screen. The preset was never stored. I noticed this and took the car back to the dealer on January 20th, 2022 and explained and showed the service advisor and he acknowledged what I showed him. On Jan 21 I got a phone call from my vehicle was done, I specifically asked what were done to remedy this and he said the tech said no issue. I went back Jane 22 to pick up my car and the same issue was NOT fixed and was told to take my car back and they would call me back (which never happened) I called the following Monday and took the vehicle in on Jan 26th (my 3rd time for this campaign) at 9AM so they can diagnose the issue. The dealer confirmed the issue and also saw the same symptom on another car of same model and asked me to take the vehicle back home and would call and schedule an in-home service to check my issue for me. It's been 30 days and I've heard NOTHING back, I wrote email and NO responses. The dealer is very good when you are doing services and maintenances but terrible when you complain to them on an issue. They kept telling me just like iphone iOS updates, some features might work differently or be removed with an update. I have NOT drove a car that won't store your presets when you long press it, this explanation is just ridiculous and shows their attitude when faced with a customer complaint or problem.

I would highly recommend BMW of the Woodlands. I had been searching everywhere for a new car. I had my previous car since 2014 and needed a new vehicle because my car had become unreliable. I searched several dealerships in Houston area. Nearly every dealership wanted thousands over the MSRP and gave me a hard time blaming it on a chip shortage. It was frustrating. I almost gave up and considered waiting until after the chip shortage crisis. I went to a BMW dealership dealership and fell in love with the X4 on display. However they also quoted me way higher than MSRP. And also tried to sell me used cars that were priced way higher than the new car I wanted them to order for me. So I looked for a different BMW dealership because I finally knew exactly what I wanted. I went to BMW Of the Woodlands to see if they would be reasonable. I was greeted by Salesman name Matias Vasquez. He was very kind to me and asked me which vehicle I was interested in. He also offered me and my family drinks while we talked. We immediately got on the computer and began to build the car exactly how I wanted. After we were finished Matias looked for additional discounts that I might qualify for to lower the MSRP. I was shocked he didnāt additional fees to the quote. I was uncertain that I would qualify for financing for such an expensive car but the Finance Director Ronald Mitchison worked his magic and made it happen. While I waited for my car to build I received weekly updates from Matius. Once my car arrived I went in and completed my paperwork! It was an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend BMW Of The Woodlands to anyone in the market looking to buy and wanting a fair and honest deal. I love my Brooklyn Grey X4!!

I went in to find out options as my lease was coming to an end. Inventory for an x3 is low, so I was advised to buy my vehicle which I?m very happy with and wait a year or so until the market turns around. I had been conversing with a sales rep Joseph Swinney over the phone for 2 days about a vehicle, and kept getting the run around. They then Sold a vehicle while I was in the process of trying to get numbers right - as I had a trade in. I had an appointment set 2 days prior to drive 4+ hours away. The website says that this āprotects the sale of the vehicle.ā They Didnāt want to tell me someone in house was also trying to buy the vehicle. Then it was an act of congress to get the sales manager Keith to call me back, when he did, he still told me ātechnically they havenāt finalized the deal so it is still for sale.ā At what point were you going to tell me?!? When I drove 4+ hours down there. Itās a good thing I didnāt make that drive. Do not waste your time. I had an appointment for 9:00 AM and was told my car would be ready by 2:00 PM and they would give me a call back. I called around 2:30 and told me they didn?t know if my car was ready. I followed up with another call at 3:00 only to be hanged up by customer service. I finally showed up at the dealership at 4:00 PM and they had not even started servicing my car. I just picked up my car and left.

UPDATE! After extensive conversations we were able to come to an agreement and things are progressing nicely. TERRIBLE! We went in to purchase a car on Monday, had come to an agreement on pricing, left to āthink on itā and all agreed that we had a few days to order, and the next day BMW increased their new car pricing by $1200 and the dealership would no longer honor our price from the day before! This is NOT how you do business! I have the build saved and a copy of their pricing they offered me and they refuse to honor it. I canāt imagine they handle other business.

I drive over 55 miles one way to have my car serviced. When I moved to Missouri City TX, I decided to take my vehicles to another BMW dealership (Mominum BMW) that was closer. After having my vehicle's serviced a couple of times I realized that the quality of service wasn't very good. Taking my vehicles to the Woodlands is well worth the drive and peace of mind know that my vehicles are being well maintained whenever I take them in for service.

The Worst⦠beware Drive to another BMW or buy a different car! They are extremely dishonest, unprofessional and poor customer service. Started with a recall they first tried to get me to pay for, I was told would be fixed in 2 days, started sept 24th (no loaner cars for first 3 weeks) then a loaner not comparable to our car so my toddlerās cars seats were to big for the car so the bumped their heads daily. One week the part was in would be done by 2 pm then called said some of the recall wasnāt covered again until I got BMW NA on the phone (it was covered) then was told part was coming from Germany and wasnāt released yet, another two weeks there were no part had to order in USA. Then I got a call day before my car was ready they found a leak it would be 1500 to fix, I know there wasnāt a leak said no to the repair and asked for all diagnostic tests and photos from the first day until now. Finally after 5-6 weeks my car is ready. I go to the dealer the horrible rep I was working with walks me to the car gives me the keys. I walk around the car they crashed my bumper is smashed in!!! I tell Tom this was not there letās get the paperwork showing your walk around with no crushed bumper. He walked away we waited 15 mins he never came back and went home for the night. Finally find a sales guy he states this is unprofessional he will help us everyone agrees they tried to give us our car back with bumper not how we left it. They do not have part to fix it. Finally bring it back they do the worst job gaps in the bumper they just tried to weld some pieces. Unprofessional againJimmy just leaves and takes his lunch as we talk about it not being fixed so find a new service person. He agrees it terrible. He is in communication asks us to drop off Tuesday night we let him know itās by the gate. Wednesday around 11 Tom calls to ask why my car is there (head is going to explode) explain again call back later in the day to get the quick fix oh wonāt be ready until Friday (remember this is months of our family with one car, 2 little kids, no family near by and missing work etc) Thursday night I ended up in the ER and couldnāt get the medicine I needed because not knowing how bad it was I had drove myself and my husband had no car to come get me. After home with little ones hopefully they donāt have an emergency. Friday I call say is the car ready He says yes but it seemed like he was lying they had forgot my car, we pick up the car they didnāt fix it - gaps still in the bumper. Talk to Frank he promised me Monday they will fix it. I say fine my son has surgery at Texas Children hospital I will leave the car but will need it fixed by time surgery is done, he even offers to pick it up in parking lot but I say no Iāll drop it so itās easier please just fix it and walk across (big mistake) so text did everything I was told too. My sons surgery is done we are ready to go so text etc nothing so trek back to the dealer with my son who just has surgery since my husband is 35 mins away with our other son my car is still outside the gate where I left it never touched the car. They were rude when I asked about my car and no one said sorry or anything so I took my car back without it fixed. All this time and effort, distress for an issue they caused and tried to lie and hide. We get a new BMW X5 every two years (buy) since 2010 since I guess we will be changing what we drive. My car is still not correct. If my husband didnāt know a lot about these cars and have BMW computer system and do the research on the recall this service team would have on top of crushing my bumper scammed me out of 4-5k. Have pictures and texts as evidence.

While searching online for used cars, I found a listing at BMW of The Woodlands for a vehicle I was interested in. Based on my previous research, the listed "no haggle" price was a fair price pending my confirmation of the vehicle's condition. I set an appointment with Misty to test drive the vehicle and I purchased it after the test drive. Josh was able to get me a loan rate within a tenth of a percent of my credit union rate, so the entire transaction was completed and I drove away in the car within a couple hours of arriving at the dealership for the test drive. Misty was wonderful to work with. She gave me all the time I needed to test drive and examine the car, and she provided a helpful orientation to the car before I drove it away. Thanks to Misty and BMW of The Woodlands, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. No pressure and no games. Great job, BMW of The Woodlands.

We bought a used truck from this dealership. On day 3 of owning the truck we started having issues⦠we were told numerous times not to worry you have a warranty for 90 days and we will take care of any issues. Well what they donāt tell you is all the work has to be done through autonation not BMW of the woodlands. So we had our truck towed to their Ford dealership in Katy because at this point the truck isnāt even drivable. The truck has a recall on it which bmw of the woodlands should have been aware of. The truck needs a new leadframe which is a 3 month ordeal according to Ford. So here I am, with not truck and no rental because they will not cover it. So explain to me BMW of the woodlands how Iām suppose to get to work?? Iāve called the GM multiple times and I always get heās in a meeting or given his voicemail. Iāve left 3 voicemails and several emails, with absolutely no response from him. Now my sales guy is telling me just got pick another one and we will trade it outā¦hmmm well thereās absolutely nothing on any of your lots for what I originally purchased the truck for. Itās a complete nightmare. So buyer beware. Pick another place for your used car. This dealership could care less about its customers or the cars they are selling you.

Poor service. Bought a car, got a warranty, called 8 times to get help with the warranty due to another Autonation not being able to see the warranty in the system for the work I got done. Never got help. The Autonation that did the work in Houston calls the @bmwofthewoodlands and they also could not get any help. Had to go up there to get the deceleration page myself and hand deliver it to the other store. Will not buy another vehicle here again. šš

TERRIBLE!!! Worst customer service ever! The sales person that sold me my vehicle was awful. There are some cosmetic issues that were discussed and when I bring it for the detail they would be fixed. Before I left he informed me he would DOUBLE-SIDE tape the door trim located by the number pad! Absolutely not should you use tape to fix an issue on a vehicle. Not to mention the key fob I was given that was all scotch tape together for it to work. Apparently that is their resolution to fix anything. I was told they don't carry that type of glue to fix it. But a dealership you'd think would make sure all vehicles leaving their lot would have all cosmetic issues repaired. Not in my case! Yes the vehicle I bought is used and not a BMW, but with any dealership I have been to when looking at or buying a used vehicle all cosmetic issues are addressed and fixed. Either before I take it or schedule when to bring it back for the full detail. I have called and left multiple voicemails for the manager and have yet to receive a callback. The sales person I dealt with was awful and has done absolutely nothing in regards to the issues. Definitely not the experience I had in mind for such a well known, pristine, high-end, high class establishment that takes pride in the name and vehicles. Well that is to be expected coming from a place of that stature. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer for reference. By the way I'm still waiting on a call from the manager, full detail, new key fob and cosmetic issues to be repaired.

I took my X6 for its first service. I was told that it would take 90 minutes and that was free off charge because I paid the maintenance services at the moment if buying the car. But that they recommended to rotate the tires and align them for and additional 300+ with no admit waiting time and I accepted. After waiting 110 minutes I went to talk to the person was taking care of me abs he went to see the technician to check the status and come back saying that it was almost ready . Twenty minutes later, with more than 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting I went again to see this guy and he said again ālet me seeā He showed up 5 minutes later with the car dirty because he took it out of the washing station because I wS on a hurry Why they promise and do not deliver? Why they lie? Very disappointed

I was quite disappointed in the service experience. The work done was satisfactory but the overall experience was well below my expectation. The service advisor I selected online apparently hasnāt worked there in sometime and yet still has an active voicemail. When I arrived I was basically ignored by the staff and had to search out an advisor since the one assigned me no longer works there. I had requested a loaner and it took 30 minutes to find one. Unlike Northside Lexus where my other car is regularly serviced, there was no prepared service plan for me to review and approve. When I heard nothing from the service department near the end of the day, I called to learn that the routine maintenance work was completed, but there were several recommendations for additional work. Those that I approved would require the car to stay overnight. I approved some additional services, but it seems to me that this should have reviewed with me upon my arrival. When I arrived to pick up my car I again was ignored by staff and proceeded to search for an advisor to assist me. A service experience such as this leaves me considering Lexus, Audi, or Mercedes when the time comes to replace my BMW.

I do want to brag about the staff at BMW of The Woodlands. It was a great experience. They were super friendly, kind, and courteous. My client advisor, Arsalan Hussain, was the perfect combination of kindness, sincerity, and professionalism. He was a true gentleman. The entire experience brings a smile to my face. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle there. I spent less than $7k but was treated as if I spent $70k on a car. And all of the staff looked very dapper. Worst Experience Ever. My X5 got totaled and I had Extended Warranty on the car. From last 3 months I am trying to contact the Finance Manager and he is busy from last 3 months . I drove 2 hrs and made a trip to the dealership and STEVEN who says he is the Sales Manager of that Woodland Dealership make me leave telling me that today is Saturday and it will take 3 to 4 hrs before the finance manager will meet me and told me to send him the email with the loan payoff letter and he will take take of everything . Its been 20 days he also doesn't come on the phone now . They don't have inventory but they are busy from last 3 months . I wanted to buy my NEW X5 but never from this place . Neil the General Manager no one wants to give me his phone number or email address so that I can contact him. I paid BMW Woodland and I have a right to speak to the General Manager. Awesome experience! I had the pleasure of working with GM Neil and salesman Aaron McCormick. Neil cares greatly about his customers and does all he can to help them with their needs/wants. Neil went above and beyond to go get a vehicle for me from one of their sister dealerships. Once we agreed to a very fair price he secured the vehicle and it was on its way. Neil gave me Aaron as a salesman and I have been very happy. Aaron is funny and truly cares for his customers. There was a blemish on one of the wheels and both Neil and Aaron made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would very easily recommend working with both of them and driving the distance to BMW of the Woodlands. You wonāt be disappointed!

Gentlemen- This email is in regards to a 2016 Dodge Ram that I purchased Saturday May 29, 2021 from your dealership. Jay was my salesperson and he has worked really hard to make things work. The problem is with the truck and the guarantees. I had a little unusual situation with a time crunch that was all explained ahead of time. We had to be able to complete the transaction and all prep on the truck in time for us to leave Thursday June 3 for family reunion in Hot Springs. I came all the way from Ruidoso, New Mexico to do business with you because of the representations of Auto Nations and your guarantees. I left the dealership and had gone about 30 miles and a tire problem light came on the dash. I turned around and came back and your service man said there was too much air in the tires and that made the light come on. It was still on but he said it would go off in probably 25 or 30 miles. I drove to my daughters in Montgomery and it was still on. We visited a while and then were leaving for College Station. I asked my wife to drive to start getting used to it. She drove about 3 blocks and pulled over and said another light was coming on the dash saying there was an issue with the left rear tail light. We havenāt even gotten out of Montgomery yet and already 2 warning lights. I was concerned obviously about this happening so fast. I parked it over the weekend to decide if I was comfortable keeping it. The light for the tire went off and the only thing left was the tail light. I decided with us leaving Thursday I would take a chance and just deal with the tail light with you when you opened again. Yesterday we decided to drive it again and took it to dinner in College Station. Then a third light started coming on. This light says āPerform Serviceā. I talked to the Dodge dealer here and he says it is crank case filter and emissions valve cleaning of some kind that has to be performed. When I found this out I contacted Jay again and tried to reach a manager there and left messages. Jay was the only one I was able to talk to. I was assured that I had a warranty and everything would be okay! I had an appointment at 9:00 am today to put in a spray in bed liner, tail gate cover, and bed cover installed. Obviously I didnāt want to spend that money on the truck if it wasnāt going to work out. Jay informed me that the tail light should have been caught by your inspection team and I had a warranty with the truck and not to worry, everything would be covered. I had the work done and then was trying to set up the appointment to come in tomorrow for the tail light and emissions coverage. I was then informed that the service was not going to be covered. I am now reading your 250 mile warranty and see that it states you wonāt cover the addons that I just did. I have multiple text, emails, and pictures to back up this process. I was concerned that I used up probably 60 miles coming right back to the dealership 30 minutes after picking up the truck and that I didnāt know if I could get to my sons and back before the 250 ran out. I have pictures to show the miles when these things occurred. It has not gone over the 250 yet but would by the time I get back to the Woodlands. If necessary, I will put it on a car hauler to bring it back to stay within the 250 miles. I am requesting that you approve the repairs to be done tomorrow so I can leave with the family on Thursday. That would be the easiest solution. If you will not do this as I was promised, I will have no choice but to either drive or trailer the truck back and return it. If that is what you decide you want me to do then I will be requiring a full refund, refund back on the additions I did AFTER notifying your dealership of the problems, and a rental or loaner truck for my trip Thursday. I realize this is a little bit of a conflict with some of your procedures, however, I think I have documented everything well enough that it will present a pretty good case if push comes to shove. I would much rather keep the truck, have things done as represented, and be able to brag on Auto Nations as advertised. This would be a much better solution for both of our sakes. Please advise ASAP as we have the time crunch as mentioned. Also, if you want it returned, is it necessary to trailer it or have some allowance for having to return to the dealership 30 minutes after leaving. That was 6 days ago and I can't even get a manager to answer the phone, return a text, phone call or email. Since then a 4th warning light came on that said Service Electronic Throttle Control. Informed the dealership of this and still can't get a response back. 4 warning lights in less than a week and NO RESPONSE! Three of them before even the 250 mile guarantee. Since I was "promised" I had a warranty and not to worry, I drove it past the 250 miles. Don't believe their lies and promises. They won't fix anything or even respond back.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The car was advertised with a working DVD/CD system. I contacted my salesman immediately and he told me to bring it in the next day, which I did but that was a total waste of time as they never even looked at it and told me to schedule another time to bring it in. Mind you I live 45 mins away and have children to care for as well. So I rescheduled for a few days later when I had someone who could watch my children only to get a text saying they had to postpone me yet again. So I go in for the 3rd scheduled time (11 days later) and they finally looked at it only to tell me they would have to run it by the warranty department which I knew would not cover it. This is not a warranty issue this is a false advertisement by dealership and they should make it right, and not charge me $2500 to fix their mistake. I would have returned the car to them if I would have known they were not going to make it right, but since they kept pushing me back to have it looked at I was past my 5 days. I have asked 3 times for the GM contact information and no one that I talked with would give it to me. I am very upset and would not recommend anyone to use them as a dealership

Dishonest sales rep I was an out of town buyer attempting to purchase a car and was lead to believe the car was available. I was told by the sales rep to complete the credit app and that he would get back to me that day. He was aware that I was trying to purchase the vehicle for my wifeās birthday and that I was pressed for time. Well after being completely dodged for a day, having my calls go unanswered, the next day the sales rep text me (and I still have the text messages) asking what he could do for me like we didnāt have a full out conversation the day before that ended with him saying he would call me back that same day. He then comes with a bogus story about the vehicle not being available and tries to sale me a different vehicle. He was dishonest and ran my credit knowing the vehicle I wanted was no longer available.

Outside of the sales rep I worked with to look at the car via FaceTime/Zoom - everyone else I've interacted with has left a lot to be desired. The sales advisor and I agreed to a price that the Sales Manager approved but sent different price points to the financial advisor. When brought to his attention, Ben Chiu stated that we were attempting to renegotiate when we wanted them to honor the original agreement. We were mistreated after purchasing a new 540I. I bought my X2 at the "other dealer" in Katy. It was CPO and had a couple problems. They fixed them but for some reason, the windshield wipers were never replaced and bad. I thought the BMW Service would transfer over. No one could explain to me why not. And worse, they weren't even changed when I said I would pay for them. Out of frustration with them I stopped in to BMW Woodlands and asked for help clarifying my purchase. I was immediately taken to Billy Todd.. amazing! He took the time, sat me down and went over what was/wasn't covered and when things would be due. Even took the time to go over how to check the service on the instrument panel. THANKS! Bought the Maintenance plan from BMW woodlands, i was advised when i bought the plan that brakes would need to be replaced at 40K miles and that the cost of the plan would help prevent a high bill. Took the car in at 40K, 42K and 43K and they still refused to change the brakes as there was still 1mm remaining. When sold the plan i was never told it was 40K or a specific wear level. This was our 3rd BMW from the woodlands but in this case 1mm meant more to the management than keeping a customer. Beware of the plans and fine print, management are just concerned about the bottom line.

I took my X3 to AutoNation/BMW of The Woodlands for routine maintenance. I had an appointment scheduled but arrived early. I was greeted by a very friendly young man who took my information and he summoned my Service Advisor, Honza. Honza is wonderful. My maintenance plan had expired. He was able to adjust the price down a little and still allowed me to use my 10% off coupon. My car was washed and ready to go before the designated pickup time. Honza recommended I bring it in before my factory warranty expires and scheduled my appointment and arranged for loaner car for me to drive. The garage and entire facility were immaculate. Everyone was following recommended Covid safety protocols.

Service advisor didn't communicate or listen to us and changed all 4 tires without authorization from us and then tried to say we wanted the tires. Had to leave our car with the dealership for 5 days to get the issue resolved. When paying for the service the service advisor over charged us and had to redo the invoice. This whole experience was completely disastrous and inexcusable. We have owned multiple BMWs over the past 27 years, but have never received such inferior quality of service. In Oct 20 I Took my 2019 BMW X3 in for scheduled service. Katherine told me there were 2 other items that needed to be done soon to preserve my warranty so I agreed let the fuel injector one get done at once. I inquired as to how much it would cost. Ridiculous high dollar services which I later found out were OPTIONAL. Not required to keep warranty. Lies. I purchased new tires that day too. Horrible ride after that. I called Katherine and she said they have a ābreak I ā period. Fast forward to today. Quoted $2400 for a windshield that safelite quotes for half that. I asked for an appraisal. Iām DONE with BMW Quote requested at 10:30 am. After 4 calls and 4 1/2 hours I finally got a response of $4k under kbb book for low end private party sale. This is a 2019 with 26k miles. Ludicrous. Terrible- Shame on you.

I am absolutely disappointed in the level of service at this dealership. I have been there at least three time now for servicing and they continue to show a lack of care for the customer. For a luxury brand, the service culture falls far below what I expect. When you pull into a dealership for servicing, you are typically greeted and asked how can they help. Your service advisor is extremely courteous and very receptive to the customers needs. At this dealership, you drive in and typically greeted by a blank steer. And your service advisor greets you with ?you are late?. I do not want to own a BMW anymore primarily for this reason! Unbelievable.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I have had enough with this dealership. _ We buy a used X5 from them and purchase a 12k extended warranty. Because we are told this is how we can lower our interest to 2% (illegal) _ 1 week later the car already has issues with the tail gate and the brakes squeak extremely loud every time itās used _ My wife takes the bmw in, there is nothing they can do they say the squeaking is ānormalā We decide ok letās make it work. _after a few months my wife comes to me and says sheās just tired of the squeaking that itās honestly embarrassing because itās so loud. We decide we sell the car _we read over our CONTRACT that clearly states we can cancel our warranty at any point in time it is just prorated by time an mileage added. We have put less than 3k miles on it and had it less than a year. We decide to move forward with canceling the warranties in order to sell the car. IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND WE HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT IGNORED. 6 weeks and all we want is our CONTRACT to be full filled because they sold us this car that sounds horrible and we want to sell it without coming out of pocket 12k This dealership is deceptive they convince you to buy the warranties in order to get a better interest they hand you a contract stating you can cancel it but they day you try to cancel they completely ignore your calls, voicemails and emails. I was so patient with them but Iāve had enough. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

I went in to have a bulb replaced in the passenger vanity and a reboot of my Bluetooth. Both annoying issues so I didnāt go in earlier because of COVID-19 fears. I was told the warranty expired two weeks ago and this is their response. āOk. Tech looked and the vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised when we were told our BMW was due for service and, if we had time, they could take care of the service while we waited. I have been asking for an update on my financing for the vehicle I purchased on 11/16 for about a month now. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional. The purchasing of the vehicle was fine however once you walk out the door you do not matter anymore. I cannot believe I purchased a BMW from this facility and am receiving this type of customer service afterwards. While i would love to give the dealer a good review i am a bit to disappointed to be able to, call it bad luck if you will but here goes. The salesman was great and all the people nice and no issue with the buying process. It was the next day when i realized the saphire black X5 had had the rear bumper repainted near the passenger side wheel, the repair was obviously not done by bmw and all though the carfax was clean it is obvious even to a laymen, also found a 6? gash on the roof above the rear hatch, i was aware of some door ding type paint chips on the passenger and drivers door once the car had made it thru make ready but it was evening at that point and didnt see the other damage until i washed it by hand a few days later. The car was pretty dirty when i test drove it and i chalked it up to bad weather, same as the first time years ago with a 535i in sapphire black. Dirty during drive, finished paperwork in the evening and 3 days later noticed the entire front bumper had been repainted. While this may sound trivial to some i was buying a used BMW from a BMW dealership and expected a higher quality of care, for the money spent i could have bought many other brands new, I expected my local BMW dealership to be a cut above and all i can say was i am dissatisfied and disappointed. While i dont think the salesman knew because as soon as i pointed out the paint chips and asked for a touch up pen he volunteered to have it corrected when i come back for my plates, the other damage wont be that easy. Someone would have inspected that car when they took it in on trade so all i can say is i know someone knew and most likely dinged the trade in value only to sell it like it was top tier. Just to be clear i have bought 4 other used BMW?s over the years and 2 new ones from other dealers and they met my expectations. AutoNation now owns this dealership and i have purchased a new jeep from the auto nation dodge in spring and recent purchased a Ford Raptor (used) but in perfect condition so i dont believe its an auto nation problem.

I came for the 30K maintenance with the maintenance already prepaid (I.e. the plans offered by dealership when first buying the car) The good: all my concerns were taken cared of, cleaned the brake pads to address the squeal that I have been noticing. Even replaced my windshield wiper fluid pumps on warranty, where I first thought was just a clogged nozzle. The not so good: I came in thinking that the maintenance plan I bought already covers all maintenance activities up to the 100K mileage. I was advised that I still needed to pay extra for the fuel injection clean -up (plus another item) which ended costing me $600. Overall satisfied with the quality of repairs. But the lesson learned here is one should be aware of a ?manufacturer? and ?dealership? recommended maintenance items. Which brings into question the value of paying up-front for these maintenance plans, that maybe it would have been better to pay-as-you go (because paying upfront has ?future value?) . I will reserve my judgement once I finish the 100K mileage.

I just feel like this place genuinely "takes care of me" when my vehicle needs something. Their team is easy to reach and it's personal. You don't call and go thru menu after menu. Sure, you donāt feel like you totally won because you donāt get to beat the salesman with a hammer over price. Thatās an odd feeling. Big promises no follow thru. I recently bought a used late model vehicle. As I was on my way to the dealership to close the purchase, Tim Herbert, the sales representative, unexpectedly informed me that they could not find the second key. When I got to the dealership and met Tim in person, he assured me that I would be ?taken care of? as he sensed that I was not OK with not having a second key. Fast forward 10 days later, Tim offered me a trivial $50 discount on a $763 second key with taxes. Naturally I spoke to his manager Frank Pecka. Frank was going to look into the matter and I have not heard back from either Frank or Tim despite leaving multiple voice mails. While I understand that it is my own fault for not insisting on getting something in writing with regards to the key, I expected more from this dealership. Clearly once the deal was closed, they were done with customer service. Making a sale at any cost matters to BMW in the Woodlands.

On more than one occasion I had to bring my car back in for service because you did not have all of the parts required or the techs did not complete the job properly. Most recently I brought my car in for yet another tire replacement and to replace a faulty valve stem in a different tire (that you installed). You did not have the valve stem so now I have to bring my car in again to replace the stem. Oh, and in the mean time, I have another leaky tire.

Tried to buy a BMW over the phone. We saw on their page Sale Pending. We called and talked to Salesman and he said it is still available. We jumped through hoops to get all paperwork very quickly. He even talked to our Bank. After hearing nothing back I contacted Salesman and he said someone is buying it right. This place does not know one way or the other if a sale is pending. Donāt tell me to call General Manger, they should call me. Salesman initials are TH. Maybe the General Manager can figure it out.

With the exception of the sales team, nothing but mismanagement and general lack of customer focus. They talk a good game but do not follow through AT ALL. @BMW of The Woodlands don't bother posting the main phone number and the invitation to speak with your GM...did that last week...no return phone call there either.

I questioned why I was charged a $46 environmental fee when all I had done was tire rotate and balance plus a 4 wheel alignment - no environmental items involved. Was told every customer is charged this and is a govt fee charged to dealership. I don?t buy this - just an add-on profit in my eyes.

Worst experience ever with BMW of The Woodlands - from someone who has been driving BMW's for the past 12 years, and who currently owns 4. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. Took our 2017 X5 in for service after the check engine light came on. We were given a loaner and left the car for service. A few days later the service advisor called to tell us that there was a problem with the fuel injectors and that they needed to order parts. A few days later the service advisor called and told us that while they were fixing the fuel injectors a tool that they were using broke and part of the tool ended up in one of the cylinders and that they needed to take the engine apart to retrieve the broken part. Several days later we were told that the car was ready. My wife picked up the car, drove less than 6 miles and the engine light came on. She immediately returned the car to the shop. When she arrived, the service advisor told her that they found a chip in the windshield of the loaner car and that we needed to replace the windshield on the loaner car. They gave here the same loaner car while they again repaired our X5. The service advisor called the next day, informed us that the service technician had not connected some vacuum lines correctly, but the car was ready and we could pick it up, however they would not release our car to us until we gave them an insurance claim number for the windshield on the loaner car. It was late in the day and our insurance broker was no longer in the office, so we were able to get a claim number. The service manager was extremely rude, yelled at my wife and told her that he did not care where our broker was that she needed to call the insurance company directly and get the claim number before they would release our car. The next day, my wife went to the shop with the claim number and was told that they would not release our car if she did not pay $1,000 for the windshield - which they believed was our insurance deductible. State Farm, our insurance carrier was absolutely incredible during this entire excruciating experience and told us that there was no deductible and that they had already paid the claim the dealer made. State Farm is working with BMW of The Woodlands to get our $1,000 back. SHAME ON BMW NORTH AMERICA for working with this dealership and SHAME SHAME SHAME on The Woodlands BMW for their rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable service.

He books me an appointment for the following Monday with my regular service advisor, Honza. I arrive to drop my vehicle on Monday, and Honza is nowhere to be seen. The same young man says āI didnt realize when I booked you that Honza was out this week, so I will take care of you todayā and he did fine, but these are 2 massive oversights that were huge inconveniences to me. And the fact that employees are not wearing masks or doing so incorrectly, even around customers, is appalling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The parts department experience- Fernando- was horrible. Was told Total installed cost per tire was just over $400 per, actual Closer to $500. Was told requested tires available next day, It took a week. Zero responsibility, zero accountability. Mark my service rep was good and despite none of issues Were his fault he tried to do what he could to improve my experience.

However, I had to wait 5 hours for just an oil change and car wash due to unusual issues currently everywhere. No loaner car was available when I made appointment. Frank made sure everything overall went smoothly for me; Stevie was my sales rep and paid attention to all the details of the car and what we needed; and Jared made the finance/paperwork was all accurate and did a wonderful job explaining all the documents to me. The bay doors opening constantly let in the cold, heat, rain. There is nowhere to sit, put your stuff down, and the air, I imagine isnāt very healthy. Feels like a fast food experience rather than luxury car service. I know I could walk to the sitting area, but unless I am waiting, I donāt feel welcome into the dealership. So, I stand around holding all my stuff, awkwardly trying not to get hit by cars driving in and out.

Service department is totally unprofessional. After 5 month in Service my BMW 750LI got more problems than it was, electric system was damaged by dealer while repairing a recall. Dealer admitted possibility but refused to take any responsibility. Also performed unauthorized repair on my car, draining my limited warranty , which was purchased from the Dealer. Repair rates like I fixed a Ferrari. General Manager Neil first pretended to be helpful, later started hiding and avoiding to talk directly to me. Very poor handling of the situation. Dealer took my kindness for a "weakness" and laugh in my face enjoying taking of an advantage. Total rip off!!! Beware!!! My first and last BMW. Will buy Jaguars again.

I came in for an estimate on an upper timing cover replacement after getting a diagnoses from another Autonation BMW dealership. Was quoted $3,500 and left the vehicle to be fixed. I was called a few days later and informed they were about finished with the vehicle and noticed the valve covers needed to be replaced before they could finish. Quoted another $3K+. I am quite annoyed and dissatisfied that every time I visit the Autonation dealers, what I am quoted ends up being doubled before I can receive my vehicle. The same thing happens at the Autonation Mercedes dealership. Although my vehicles are 10+ yrs old, they both have less then 60K miles, are garage kept and serviced routinely by their respective brand service departments. Only since I moved to Houston and have them serviced by Autonation do I experience this type of, in my opinion, price gouging. I have family members that own dealerships and I understand the service department is a profitable piece of any dealerships business, however when you start taking advantage of loyal brand customers, it leaves them feeling very unsatisfied. I will now have to look for other BMW/Mercedes dealerships that are not Autonation or look to one of the numerous authorized service centers.

While the experience with the salesman was good, the overall experience was disappointing. Could not get the value in my trade which was a non-stock Jeep Wrangler with more upgraded parts than I could count. I get that, theres a formula, gotta offer what you think you can sell it for. But then when it came to the price of the vehicle we were buying Autonation has a āno haggleā pricing policy...even after we identified the used vehicle being purchased had 4 DIFFERENT WHEELS on it and they hadnt even noticed. AMG wheels run $500-600 each and they would offer no incentive or correcting this. In the end I grudgingly went thru with the deal because it was too close, but theyāve got to have some one pay attention to this, and unfortunately Social Media seems the only place this happens these days.

I've had very different experiences with other sales where I'm told vehicle went through complete "inspection" then realized was not true. Very satisfied with my purchase. I had an appointment for a scheduled maintenance, oil change, and was told when I arrived it would be about 1 and 1/2 hour wait. Three hours later my car was finally done. I was not given any updates during my wait either. Very disappointing!

Both me and my wife just bought two used vehicles and I must say that David Quintanilla really went above and beyond to make this the best customer experience possible. He also helped a lot with the trade-ins and was very proactive to make sure we got everything we asked for. He always returned my text messages and phone calls which to me is key when doing business. When i contacted her, she was very attentive, and took the time to discover what i was looking for, my price point, and any features that were important to me.Stevie very quickly amassed a list of choices for me, and sent me all the documentation so i could reserve the vehicle i liked. She never made me feel pressured or obligated to do anything, and kept me informed every step of the process. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They changed my oil and rotated my tires I believe. I left later that afternoon to Paris Tx. When I stopped at a gas station a customer notice both my front tires are showing steal. I should have been made aware of this from BMW before I made such a long trip. ************UPDATE*********** BMW of The Woodlands is a stand up place that truly cares about it's customers. they called me out on this review immediately and corrected their mistake. Jeff Whitaker is just fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about this guy. I have a 9 year 7 month old X5 in great shape with a major problem. He worked with us and found a BMW 10 year extended warranty on the issue we had. All repairs were covered. If it wasnāt for his hard and diligent work ethic, we would has been out a very lot of money or out of my wifeās favorite all time BMW X5. Thanks again for all your help in this matter Mr Jeff Whitaker. He is one of the many reasons BMW of the Woodlands is so fantastic. We bypassed two other BMW dealers just to go there. It was worth the extra time and miles. A beautiful modern and highly technical dealership.

I donāt know that I would try to buy here again but as for the service, I highly recommend my advisor. Jeff Whitaker has been my service advisor for years and he has always taken great care of me. He makes me feel like a priority and a friend. Jeff has always gotten back to me in a timely manner and he always makes sure I have a car to drive or a ride home if I donāt need one. Great service! Came in with a screw in my tire on my 2018 X2 xDrive28i I had just bought in April 2019. They advised will replace the tire since had run flats and tire maintenance package was already active in their system.They gave me a loaner car since tire was not in stock and would be the next day to get it. Loaner car was a brand new 2019 X5-awesome ride by the way! Honza was awesome and polite and listened to my questions and let me know everything going on.Came in next day after work and picked car up.Rides awesome now! Definitely will take my car back to them for all services!

I was treated very rudely and dismissively at the service shop because my car is older (a youthful 2004). It felt like a scene from Pretty Woman. If that is the attitude of BMW owners and clientele, then I am embarrassed to own one. I was prepared to spend money on necessary repairs but after the way I was treated, I left and will be going elsewhere.

On Fri (25th) my Drivetrain alert came on about 25 miles out of Conroe as I was driving in from Austin for a girl's weekend. The car was shaking etc and I'm out in the middle of nowhere, it seemed like. I immediately called BMW Service and they advised that if I could get to Conroe they would have a flatbed come pick up my car and we could have it towed to The Woodlands BMW about 19 miles from my destination. They gave me the direct # and that is when Ron, in Service, took over. The absolute nicest Service Manager and told me not to worry etc. He gave me his direct # so we could stay in contact while they worked on the car Sat (26th). He was in touch the entire time. Advised what was found after they analyzed my car. He later advised that if failed inspection and I needed new fuel injectors-- but with all of the work they had done, I could at least drive my car back to Austin on Sunday as planned and could have the injectors done at Austin BMW. In short, all that could be taken care of for me by BMW Woodlands was done expeditiously and Ron really went above and beyond. He even sent a valet to come to my location (19 miles at Lake Conroe) and take me to the dealership so I wouldn't have to inconvenience my girlfriends. Now all of that is what you expect from BMW and Ron did it all with a smile and great personality. Would definitely recommend this location! Thank you BMW and thank you Ron!

Worst ever service. No loaner car since my service was āless than 2 hoursā; service took 7 hours. No promised shuttle service (stranded, found another ride). Car was promised at 12:00; left at 3:30. Wish I could go somewhere else for service!

This is not the same dealership it was 2 1/2 years ago. Saturday I had an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I received a email from one of the sales guys prior to the appointment saying he noticed my lease was getting close to be finished and would they mind if they took a look at the car before the appointment for a possible early trade in. I said sure, so I scheduled to come in early have them look at it. I arrive at the time we scheduled to have them look at it. I was in the lobby talking to the salesman and he sees another customer come in looking for him. He steps away for a minute and comes back and hands me off to another salesman and tends to that customer. I decided to continue with this new salesman considering i did come in early to let them look at my vehicle. This was a big mistake.... The salesman didn't listen to anything I asked and told him. He tried to tell me what I wanted. When I asked him questions he would never give me a straight answer. Don't patronize your customer when they don't want to tell you what they want to pay a month for a vehicle. How about just tell the customer what you want to sell the vehicle for. I never felt more insulted from the sales guy. I was so angry that he wasted my time and I was so glad my vehicle was done being serviced. I could not leave fast enough. I can't wait for my lease to be up and turn my current BMW in. I will never buy from BMW of the woodlands again. Customer service is severely lacking.

The quality and experience of our BMW Service Advisor, & the actual Service done on our BMW, was First Rate. What was not First Rate is the manner in which AutoNation decided that it's customers were going to interface with their Service Advisors. In most high-end Car Dealerships, the customer drives into an inclosed receiving area, just like at AutoNation BMW at The Woodlands, Texas, then walks a few yards to some cubicles, offices, or even an open area where their Service Advisors are. There are normal size desks and 3 chair, one for the Service Advisor and two for his customers. AutoNation has done away with all this. Instead they moved all the Service Advisors where Customers drop off their BMWs. The Service Advisors are all lined up between the Cars & sits behind narrow high desks with just enaugh room for a pad, a phone and a compter monitor. They sits on stools. Customer though are made to stand in front of that little desk, and from there they are supposed to interface with their Service Advisor...something like what you expect to find at Discount tire or NTB... From a customer point of view though, this is not appreciated, it boarders on disrespect to the Customer. AutoNation did not even see fit to add a nice rolling stool for it's customers to sit on while they are communicating with their Service Advisor! What is surprising is that AutoNations newly remodeled BMW facilities are overall Very Nice. IN FACT, THEY BUILT CUBICLES ALL ALONG THE CAR RECEIVING AREA, and we'll bet that originally, the Service Advisors receive their Customer in these Cubicles! Some genius at AutoNation or a hired outside efficiency "expert", must have advised AutoNation the scrap that and go with this new "faster" & more efficient way. Well, it was a bad idea AutoNation...your Customers don't come to Service Tires, Muffler or cheap cars, they come to you to service their BMWs!
